Our minimum order quantity for fully customized cosmetic boxes is typically 500 pieces. Selected standard-size cosmetic boxes are also available starting from 250 pieces through our online shop.
For custom sizes, structures, specialty finishes or inserts, please send us your packaging requirements and we can recommend the most suitable option.
02 Can you create a custom box size to fit my cosmetic product?
Yes. We can create custom-sized packaging based on the dimensions of your product, whether you are packaging skincare bottles, serum bottles, jars, makeup products, fragrance products or cosmetic sets.
Depending on your product and presentation needs, we can also recommend suitable folding carton styles, sleeve-and-tray structures or custom inserts.
What materials can I choose for cosmetic packaging?
We offer a variety of paperboard and specialty paper options for cosmetic packaging. The best material depends on your box structure, product weight, desired appearance and finishing requirements.
If you are unsure which paper stock is suitable, send us your product details and we can recommend an appropriate option.
Can you add foil, Spot UV, embossing or other premium finishes?
Yes. We offer a range of premium finishing options including foil stamping, Spot UV, embossing, matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch finishes, window patching and specialty papers.
These finishes can be used individually or combined to highlight your logo, brand details or other design elements.
Can you make custom inserts for bottles, jars or cosmetic sets?
Yes. Custom inserts can be designed to hold bottles, jars and multiple-product sets securely while creating a more organized and premium presentation.
The insert structure and material will depend on the size, weight and arrangement of your products. Please provide your product dimensions or samples so we can recommend an appropriate solution.
What artwork do I need for custom cosmetic boxes?
For fully custom packaging, we normally prepare or provide the appropriate dieline based on the approved box size and structure. Your artwork should then be prepared on the dieline in a print-ready format.
Before production, we provide an e-proof for your review and approval to confirm artwork placement and production details.

Can I see a sample before full production?
Yes. We offer two sample options depending on what you need to review before production.
Digital Sample
A digital sample is included after you place your order. It is printed with your actual design and made to the approved box size, including the folds and die-cut structure. Digital samples are produced on 14 pt stock and are primarily intended for size testing, product fitting and overall design review.
Because the material and printing method are different from final mass production, a digital sample is not intended for evaluating exact paper stock, colour matching or specialty finishes. For most projects where exact colour and finishing are not critical at the sampling stage, a digital sample is usually sufficient.
Manufacturing Sample
If you would like to review the actual production materials, printing and specialty finishes before full production, we can arrange a manufacturing sample. This sample is produced by the manufacturer using the specified paper stock and production processes, such as foil stamping, lamination and other specialty finishes.
Manufacturing samples are available at an additional cost, typically around CAD $300–$400 per sample, depending on the box size, material, printing requirements and finishing processes.
